01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the PP VIP platform — including the website at pp-vip.club, the mobile app, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PP VIP.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use PP VIP. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. PP VIP recommends that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

02 Eligibility

To register and use PP VIP, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a PP VIP employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from PP VIP for any reason.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one PP VIP account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

When registering your PP VIP account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PP VIP username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify PP VIP support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• PP VIP will never contact you to ask for your password — any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

04 Deposits

PP VIP accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your PP VIP account balance in real time following successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply depending on your account verification status.
• PP VIP does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your name may be declined or held pending verification.
• PP VIP does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of players.

If a deposit is not credited to your account within 15 minutes of a confirmed payment, please contact PP VIP support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a second deposit before the first has been resolved.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on PP VIP are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Withdrawals are sent to the mobile wallet number registered on your PP VIP account.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval for verified accounts.
• PP VIP reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its wagering requirement before the associated funds can be withdrawn.

If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated processing time, please contact PP VIP support with your withdrawal reference number. Do not submit duplicate withdrawal requests as this may delay processing further.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

PP VIP offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or PP VIP system intervention. Published RTP figures for each game reflect the long-term statistical return and are verified by independent auditors.

• In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, the game result will be determined by the server log, not the player's screen.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PP VIP and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial credentials.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through PP VIP deposits and withdrawals.
• Providing false identity information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing PP VIP staff or other players through any communication channel.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

PP VIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for account action include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity.

• Suspended accounts will be notified via the contact details registered on the account.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting PP VIP support.
• Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification.
• Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason.
• Accounts closed due to breach of these terms will not have their balances returned.
